Intelligence, Counterintelligence, National Security and Defense Policy expert with over
thirty years of combined military and civilian experience in intelligence and
counterintelligence analysis, production and application; policy analysis and
development; strategic planning, implementation and execution; written and verbal
presentations.
His intelligence/counterintelligence analysis experience includes conducting, managing
and leading analysis of weapons systems, space systems, regional space capabilities,
military capabilities, anti-terrorism and force protection, counter espionage, medical
capabilities, integrated air defense systems, political-military, and targeting.
As a military officer and a Federal civilian, he have served with the Office of the Under
Secretary of Defense for Intelligence, two DoD field agencies, six combatant commands
and a joint functional component command, Air Force Headquarters and a major
command--He has a very extensive understanding of national security, national defense,
and the intelligence community. In the non-DoD/non-Federal realm, this translates into
over 30 years of planning. Management, research and analysis, intelligence analysis and
applications, employee and workforce development, and organizational leadership
experience.
