Transition Assistance
The Association of Certified Knowledge Management Professionals (ACKMP) is committed to promoting an easy transition to civilian jobs. The ACKMP Military Transition Program (MTP) provides information, tools, and training to ensure Service members and their spouses are prepared for the next step in civilian life whether pursuing additional education, finding a job in the public or private sector, or starting their own business. This ACKMP program is done with collaboration with veterans to provide training in Knowledge Management (KM) to offer tools that will give transitioning veterans the ability to have an edge and become more competitive in civilian job opportunities thereby separating Service members and their spouses better, with easily accessible resources and information to make their transitions more successful.
