Mr. Mbah is Fellow Chartered Accountant, graduated with an MBA degree in the MIT Sloan School of Management, and a Chartered Financial Analyst. A proven leader and a self-motivated finance professional with experience in Investment Management, Deals and Capital Market Transactions Advisory. Currently a Consultant supporting the Director, AFREXIMBANK on Advisory and Capital Market with regards to execution of capital markets transactions, structuring of deals, M&A and other combinations as well as capital raising programs to large corporations and governments.

Former Deputy Manager, Federal Reserve Management: Central Bank of Nigeria; participated in financial policy development, financial stability reports and financial inclusion initiatives.

Former Senior Associate II (M&A Transactions Services) KPMG; handled several M&A transaction services across Sub-Saharan Africa, with average team size of five people per engagement. Transaction Advisory Services to an international Mobile Telecom Operator for the acquisition of controlling interest in a Ghanaian Internet Service Provider: Member of a team that provided a due diligence and valuation advisory to an international mobile telecom operator (MTN – South Africa). The scope includes: business valuation, preparation of financial forecast and full scope (financial, commercial, human resource and tax) due diligence assessment of a Ghanaian internet service provider.

Business Valuation Advisory to a regional Aviation Company: Acted as an assistant team-lead on the business valuation advisory services to a major regional airline in West Africa (Aero Contractors an associate company of Canadian Helicopters Corporation), the project involved: financial modeling and business valuation of the company.
