• Prepare month-end accounts, including balance sheet, maintenance of fixed asset ledgers, cash flow statements, and analysis of profit & loss statements

• Audits submissions of Time and Attendance for weekly submission to payroll

•Review, investigate, and correct errors and inconsistencies.

•Review of vendor invoices, accurate coding of general ledger accounts, and production of associated checks, handling of vendor inquiries.

•Develop improved procedures for processing A/P.

•Oversee timesheet entry, interfaces with the payroll provider.

•Ensure distribution of W-2’s and 1099’s at year-end and acts as a liaison between payroll provider and staff for any problems.

•Update Fixed Asset database with financial information.

•Record all disposals in the FA database. Prepare JE for Solomon.

•Oversee annual physical inventory. Reconcile the FA database to G/L.

•Manage process for Sales & Use Tax.

•Maintain schedule of fixed assets and reconcile to the GL.

•Audit expenses submitted by employees for reimbursement for cases of fraud.
