Dr. Bada was the former President of the Lighthouse College, Dallas, TX. He is an Information Systems academic. He received his Ph.D. in information systems from the London School of Economics (LSE), UK. Prior to this, he obtained his MSc in Analysis, Design & Management of information systems (ADMIS) also from the LSE and a BA (Hons) in Business Studies and Finance from the University of East London, UK.
Dr. Bada has taught information systems at The London School of Economics and Manchester Metropolitan University in the UK as well as Virginia State University. He is also a professor at George Washington University in the U.S.A.
His research interests focus on the process of information systems and organizational change as well as e-Government and the use of mobile technologies for public service delivery in developing countries.
He was the chair of the International Federation for Information Processing (IFIP) Working Group 9.4 – a group of academics and professionals that studies issues of ICT in developing countries.
