About Us

The Association of Certified Knowledge Management Professionals (ACKMP) is a 501c(3) approved group of Knowledge Management (KM) professionals that promotes the global standardization of KM practice. ACKMP works under the authority and oversight of The Certification Board of Regents (CBOR®). ACKMP also adheres to the International Standard Organization ISO 30401_2018 to provide certification for KM Auditors, KM Technicians and KM Specialists, and various KM practitioners. The Association is ISO 9001:2015 Certified and compliant. All ACKMP members in the United States may claim tax credit from their membership or exam fees

Who Are We

ACKMP is a non-profit knowledge management association that promotes global standardization of Knowledge Management (KM) practice and working in alliance with CBOR® to provides certification for KM Professionals, KM Auditors, KM Engineers, and KM Specialists. ACKMP guides KM professionals education, and ISO 30401 Standards and creating awareness for Intellectual Property (IP) protection around the world. Our organization is imparting all Knowledge Management Professionals with the expertise needed to excel in the field of KM. ACKMP supports the U.S. Military veterans and personnel through our Military Transition Program (MTP). ACKMP is in conjunction with our partners to offer scholarships to college students who are interested in pursuing undergraduate or advanced studies in the field of Business and Knowledge Management. Our Leadership Structure is made up of Academics and proven thought leaders in the Knowledge Management profession

Chief Knowledge Officer

Looking for a Certified Professional Knowledge Manager (CPKM) with 10 years of experience in the field of Knowledge Management that can articulate organizational knowledge management strategy. This responsibility will be twofold: to make employees aware of the nature and value potential of knowledge, and to sell the concept of Knowledge Management to both the organization and senior leadership.

Senior Executive Assistant

Looking for a well-trained Executive Assistant with 5 years of experience in providing administrative, clerical, and logistical support to the Executive Director/Chairman, Board of Directors. The selected individual will review, edit, and format documents. Other responsibilities will be to arrange and plan travel and other meeting logistics. To prepare briefs, PowerPoint presentations, conduct research and monitor legislative actions.
