Dr. Summer Wilson is a servant leader with a Ph.D. in Organizational and Management. She is a very competent, efficient, team player, an innovative thinker, and a hard worker with a current Tier 5 security clearance. Currently supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs Strategic Acquisitions Center (SAC) Community Care Network (CCN).

Previously provided dedicated customer support to the Department of Energy (DOE) Headquarters staff for their General Services Administration (GSA) contracts. Served as a liaison between GSA’s Direct Client Support (DCS) Division and the DOE staff for their GSA-supported contracts. She has experience working with the U.S. Army Contracting Command, where she served as Lead Contract Specialist for acquisitions of a significant major weapons system which includes hardware, services, and research and development procurements.

Dr. Wilson also served as an advisor/counselor to assist with navigating the Congressionally Mandated Career Readiness Standards and track the progress of Service Members in TAP XXI the Army’s System of Record for transitioning service members. Also provided acquisition support to internal and external customers for the Defense Security Service (DSS), now known as Defense Counterintelligence & Security Agency (DCSA).
